YEAR REPORT çddf,faa,afa,aaf,faf,ffa,aff ¢ This was 1993 ³ written by Colorbird/Razor 1911 ¹ Its now again a The Party and its time to summon up whats happened the last year. I think we can count in The Party 92 as a part of the year 1993, because it feels like The Party is the beginning of a new year on the scene. Okay lets go back to that very party in late december 92. Almost evrybody who counts was there makng it the biggest party in history, yet! And there were some really great releases. Andromeda released their musicdisk called "Mirror". Anarchy released the last issue of "Stolen Data". PMC released RAW 4.5. There were also some other releases from Razor 1911, Noxious, Amnesia and more that didnt compete. But in the competitions there were also great releases as State of the Art by Spaceballs which won the whole contest and 3D-demo II by Anarchy. After that party the winter came with some releases and we were all waiting for The Gathering 1993. (Sadly enough I wasnt there, I was travelling home from Russia then with a lot of vodka(too much if a customsofficer would have checked me..)) Anyway there it was some great releases like "Mobile" by Spaceballs and the great "Desert Dream" by Kefrens which won the whole compo. The weeks rolled by after that party and we ended all up in Gothenburg for the TCC-93 (at least 1500 of us) where some great demos was released ¶like How to skin a cat, Dane and Illusion. During the summer not much was released until the Assembly and ECC partys where we saw 242 by Virtual Dreams, Extension by Pygmy Projects and Aquarium by CnCd.
